During your Pre-Listing Consultation our agents will explain each of the flexible commission options below and help you determine which one is available. We have structured our business model in order to offer excellent services at very competitive rates, rewarding our repeat clients for their trust and loyalty. We also wanted to be able to honor our Military and First Responder clients.
Additionally, during your Pre-Listing Consultation you will also be presented with a "Seller's Net Sheet" which is a line item document listing the closing costs and net proceeds from the sell of your home.
